Join Marwa Al Mubarak, our latest guest trainer at the PUMP Digital Studio, as she launches our first ever series of Pilates classes on the platform. This first instalment is a full body workout that focuses on the sagittal movement of the spine and limbs, mirroring movements in extension from the left to the right side of the body to create balance. Participants will ultimately gain a better understanding of how the anterior and posterior chains work together and her thorough explanations will allow them to achieve movements that they might have otherwise thought out of reach.
