This 30 minute power yoga flow will allow participants to expand their personal practice by exploring poses that focus on shoulders and arm balance. Power yoga is more dynamic and focuses more specifically on strength building than traditional yoga.

This 30 minute class pushes participants to embrace architectural stillness in order to truly be able experience the internal functioning of the minds movement. Attendees will tonify their lungs and stimulate healing energy by embracing acupressure and breathing techniques.
