The SPEED spin ride focuses more heavily on interval training than any of the previous instalments of our spinning series. Utilizing all the traditional elements of the BURN method, Val is intent on coaching riders to adopt the perfect form during the sprints, encouraging a level of athletic rigour that will ensure that riders achieve a maximum cardiovascular performance. As they move through the different levels of difficulty, they’ll be prompted to follow breathing cues, embrace recovery periods and immerse themselves in every second of the ride itself.
