This 30-minute Pilates flow focuses on working the core and on equalizing the oblique chains, all the while improving flexibility. Making use of a foam roller (or very thick towel) and a yoga strap, our guest teacher, Marwa, will guide participants through a series of movements that will help extend the lower body and build stability.
