This 30-minute restorative practice was designed by Val to allow participants to pause and connect with their body. The objective is to free this moment of all distractions, put your phone on airplane mode and explore the various stretches included in the practice. Jen and Vagg both join her to help illustrate the stretches and share the moment of tranquility.
