ELEVATE - SPINNING with VAL - #01
The ELEVATE SPIN RIDE is a class designed by Val that combines HIIT training with rhythm-based beat spinning. Just like the forthcoming instalments of Val’s spinning series, this initial class is built to accommodate riders of all levels, all the while accounting for the varying ranges of equipment at their disposal. The architecture of the class revolves around interval training and it is coached to ensure that riders can integrate a variety of options that are best suited to their skill set, goals, and to their level of experience on the bike.
This is the first class on the BURN series.
